The Grand Maitre 8-inch Carving Knife by Victorinox features an ultra-sharp straight-edged blade designed to carve any roast from turkey to lamb, beef or ham. The long, thin blade slices cleanly through meat, and the pointed tip is perfect for joints and easily removing meat that’s close to the bone.

Engraving: Up to 16 characters can be custom engraved on the blade of the carving knife in this set.
